We have been practicing collections since 1976. We started as a commercial collection firm, and when NARCA formed, we started collecting consumer matters. We have been very successful and have been rated in the top 5 firms for some of our clients on a consistent basis for liquidating claims placed with us.
We have a strong collection department and attempt to collect without suit, but if suit is needed, we do not hesitate to file, obtain judgment and execute on the judgment once it is entered.
In addition, we like collection work as well as subrogation.
