Ronald S. Canter, founding member is a member of the Board of Directors of NARCA. He has also served on the Legislative Committee of the American Collectors Association and received that organization’s Beacon Award for outstanding achievement on two occasions.
In 2009, Mr. Canter received the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland’s 20th Annual Professionalism Award for outstanding service to the Legal profession. He has also been awarded that Association’s President’s Citation for Outstanding Pro Bono Service.

Canter, Esquire, the founding member of the firm, has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1980 and is a recognized authority on creditor rights and the regulations of credit and collection practices.

Mr. Canter is an AV rated attorney who has served in leadership roles in ACA International, formerly American Collectors Association, the National Association Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) as well as state and local bar associations.
