Joseph A. Marino, Esq., is a Creditors' Rights Specialist and, Patricia L. Jarrach is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Internal Controls Auditor.

Our firm maintain a complex commercial creditors rights practice, within the State of New Jersey. We are experienced fraud litigators and consultants and are frequent speakers at various legal forums, such as, Certified Fraud Examiners events, CLLA, Georgia Bar Association, NACM, Rutgers University School of Business and Ryder University, among others.

We also prosecutes all creditor rights-claims including general commercial claims and Complex Commercial litigation, Officer and Director Disputes, Fraudulent Transfer Claims, Insolvency, Preference Defense, and Business disputes.
