The firm of Cersonsky, Rosen & Garcia has represented creditors such as the FDIC, and the U.S Department of Justice since the 1980's. M.H. Cersonsky taught Creditor's Rights and Remedies at the University of Houston Law School from 1994-2000, and again in 2016 and for the past 4 years he was course director for the State Bar of Texas Course 101 for collections.
