We handle all counties of both North and South Carolina, from demand letter to execution and post judgment proceedings. Ladd Ackerman has been an attorney since 1988 and has always concentrated his practice in the area of collections. His paralegal has worked for the firm for 13 years, and has over 32 years experience in the areas of collections, subrogation, and bankruptcy. The third employee has worked for the firm for 9 years.
